Friendly and helpful staffs. Family room is a bit small but good enough for a stopover after a ferry trip from Dover. The town itself is very beautiful and restaurants are great.

Un très bon chef de cuisine qui a l'art d'utiliser de la bonne nourriture pour créer et donner du bonheur pour nos papilles et nos yeux. Une cuisine gastronomique excellente. Accueil très agréable, souriant et bienveillant. Très beau cadre intérieur et extérieur. Adresse INCONTOURNABLE. Nous reviendrons très vite pour se régaler. Bravo Chef !👍👏

Nous avons passé une excellente soirée au restaurant du Beffroi avec des amis qui venaient pour la première fois et qui ont beaucoup apprécié. Service au top, bravo également au chef cuisinier. Nous nous sommes régalés : aussi bien le poisson, le magret de canard et l'entrecôte comme plat que les entrées et desserts. Nous recommandons vivement les personnes qui sont de passage à Gravelines de s'arrêter à cet hôtel/restaurant très sympathique.

Ein Hotel zum wohlfühlen. Sehr nettes und hilfsbereites Personal, welches sehr schnell die Wünsche der Gäste erfüllt. Un hôtel où l'on se sent bien. Un personnel très agréable et serviable, qui répond très rapidement aux souhaits des clients. A hotel to feel at home in. Very friendly and helpful staff who are quick to fulfil guests' wishes.

Très déçu, très mauvais rapport qualité prix. Rideau dans la baignoire !!! Robinet de bain qui bouge de tout les côtés, pas de bouteille d’eau, prise non fonctionnelle au bureau et pas du tout près du lit, le strict minimum et encore !!! Seul point positif le restaurant !

Alors alors.... Je n ai pas dormi à l hôtel, mais petite halte "bistrononomique"... Rien a redire sur la cuisine : plats raffinés, carte variée et abordable, personnel au top que se soit à l accueil, en salle ou au bar.... En revanche, faut il être habillé en costume cravate pour que le responsable daigne dire bonjour ? ? ? Sans parler de sa façon de s adresser à son personnel....

What a great hotel. It was our "Saab" Clubs starting point for a tour to Italy. Very pleasant staff and very tasty food, both the fantastic evening meal and the breakfast. Bedrooms were perfect. We can not fault them at all. Thank you.

Hôtel charmant. Accueil, peu mieux faire car aucune explication sur le petit-déjeuner, ni sur l'option restaurant. Petit-déjeuner correct. Chambre, très bonne literie et propre. L'hôtel a un charme fou mais clairement, un rafraîchissement au niveau de la peinture ne ferait pas de mal.
