Clean tidy and good night sleep

Ideal location. Welcoming and polite check in from members of staff. Didn't get chance to use resteraunt as we were in a hurry for an O2 Arena event. Room was adequate for stay although shower head wouldn't stay in a fixed position, the toilet sprayed water at you when you flushed and it would have been nice to have a bin near kettle to put used tea bags etc in. Checked around the room before leaving the following morning and found dog toys under the bed so obviously not cleaned properly before we arrived.

Staff rude security on doir very intimidating

The shower head support was broken amd fell on my shoulder. The metal joints of the bathroom door were rusty and made an uncomfortable to the ears. The body gel bottle was broken. I had to open it instead of pressing on it. Frustrating for the only night. But this should be checked before i arrived. No one even asked me to my stay was. I'm sort of used to this last aspect now.

Okay for the price

Location is perfect . Room has a broken small tv and the bath room could have been cleaner. It’s not bad for one night stay but could be so much better

Given location (next to the M25) room was very quiet and was very clean. Receptionist very helpful and friendly. negative is car park was very busy and finding a space was difficult (but it was 11pm when I arrived)

This hotel was good but it could be way better it was too hot and the night staff are friendly but would have love more amenities in the rooms tho

First visit, shower pipe was leaking and as soon as I reported it it was fix.. Very clean and comfy room. Thank you we will stay again soon
