Very clean and the rooms and common areas are very well maintained. I’ll make it a point to choose Comfort Inn the next time I’m in Gurnee.

Bed was comfortable and employees were nice. Room needs some repairs(bath tub faucet is coming off the wall). Employees who take care of the breakfast needs to pay attention to expiration dates(see photo). Also heard kids screaming from other rooms on floor. Spa needs new paint and both spa and pool needs to be cleaned.

It was ok, until we went to the pool, it was dirty, and there were several kids jumping in the pool, which they are not suppose to do. When we walked in there was a table where there was a bottle of wine and it was glass. The hot tub was disgusting, water was brown and around the rim looked like black mold. I wish I had taken pictures but I did not want people to see the pool or hot tub.My kids want to go some where else this Christmas.

We were there for our cousin's Navy graduation and this place was one of the best options. It offers free shuttle bus back and forth to the ceremony which was perfect since we weren't familiar with the area. Our driver was super friendly and helpful.
Super clean and quiet place.
Staffs are friendly and very attentive.
This is is separate from the busy main street which we love, also very close to convenient stores, Starbucks and other restaurants. Extremely happy with our stay!

I have been staying at this Comfort Suites of Grayslake for many many years, with NO complaints. Now, we have a new fellow that just bought this franchise about a year ago...in this past year I have seen this young man SO AFRAID OF LOSING BUSINESS (why I don't know because this hotel is always packed), AND BECAUSE HE IS AFRAID OF LOSING BUSINESS ~~ HE IS LETTING IN ALL KINDS OF TRASHY DEGENERATE PEOPLE!!!! The halls reek of pot, and the screaming from the lowlifes is out of control. I have steadily watched the decline of people staying here now and also the decline in respectable clientele!!!! This is my last stay here...no matter what the owner says, they are not smart enough to charge a $500-$1,000 deposit to keep the trash away....and NOW, this hotel is fast becoming just another trashy tramp and **** hotel :( It's very sad...
