Very friendly staff, short waiting time at reception, the hotel rooms were very well-maintained and clean. The location is super central, within walking distance of Graz city center. The breakfast room was very noisy and the selection wasn't anything special, but adequate – a bit more fresh vegetables would have been nice. I would book here again!

The hotel, and especially the rooms, are very dated. The room furnishings are very basic and basic. The beds are sagging and creak loudly with every movement. The air conditioning was also very loud, so unfortunately, it couldn't be used during the night. Shower gel was simply a bottle on the floor in the shower.

The hotel staff weren't very helpful. Even though there was a parking discount for guests, when I asked how to park, she just gave me a perfunctory answer. I only got the parking discount coupon when I saw the relevant discount in the parking lot and asked them again.

When we arrived, one room was ready, the second one (next to it) wasn't yet. When we returned to the hotel in the evening the room was taken. The receptionist was unfriendly and then our friends were given a very small room as a replacement (probably intended as a single room).
The paths to the rooms in the neighboring building are anything but 4 star.
