Premier Inn Wirral (Greasby)

we had a wonderful stay here couldnt of asked for more helpful staff and location near to Arrowe Park hospital was very good

We have stayed at Premier Inn, Greasby many times, while visiting family in the area. As always, we were greeted as friends as well as valued customers. Every single member of the staff team is friendly, welcoming, efficient and professional. The hotel is immaculate and very well run. We can recommend it whole-heartedly.

Great hotel to stay in, very friendly staff. Anna on Reception was extremely helpful and is always friendly and welcoming. Long term guest but still feel welcomed. Good restaurant attached also. As this is not a large hotel there is very little hustle and bustle going on.

Place was clean staff super friendly we loved it and found recommend this place . Lyndsey greeted us upon arrival and nothing was too much trouble . Bed was very comfortable and mixed bath and shower great and room was as warm as toast

I always thought breakfast was included in the price at PI. How naive. Ten quid each. Hmmm. Liked the room, liked the staff. Didn’t like the d-heads who were making the floorboards creak upstairs at 4 am but that’s not the hotel’s fault. But whose fault is it that there is a lovely coffee machine behind the bar which is not available to paying breakfasters? Instead we get an urn of weak brown hotness. Do Premier think we’re stupid? Liked the cooked breakfast but the bacon needs to be more cooked. I liked the toasters so much better than those toasting machines.

This was our 2nd two night stay at this premier inn. Staff were friendly and check in was quick. Hotel is in a great location to discover the area. Room had the usual premier inn amenities and bed was large and comfy. Room wasn’t the cleanest as there was litter and pillow case holders under the bed , and obviously hadn’t been cleaned. The soap dispenser in the bathroom was a health hazard and had a thick brown scum at the top which would have accumulated over months . We were woken at 6am ,on the Sunday morning , by a inconsiderate running club group of people who decided to have a loud long conversation outside our open window, whilst using premier inns car park as their meeting place. This is obviously not premier inns fault. However these minor issues would not affect us from booking ,or recommending, this hotel in the future.

We had great couple of nights stay here ,The location suited us for venue close by we where going to ,Really nice hotel lovely helpfull friendly team, the rooms really clean beds are new and comfy. The pub next door do a nice large breakfast filled us up for the day 😀

Stayed here because it’s close to relatives. Celebrated a special birthday. Room was cold. Heating kept timing out irrespective of temperature setting. Staff were helpful and friendly at all times. Breakfast had a good choice of cooked items too. Tea and coffee a bit naff though.

Excellent stay will definitely use again. Friendly, professional staff. Nothing was a bother. Ie extra tea/coffee etc plenty of parking available. Great location for Wirral area and for Liverpool. Good access to motorway
