Fairfield Inn & Suites Great Barrington Lenox/Berkshires

The front desk staff were extremely pleasant and polite. Always greeted you hello and said goodbye when you passed them. The property is well maintained and had a good breakfast buffet.

We’ve stayed here many times, and the customer service is always amazing! The rooms are standard, but always spotless, bright white linens, and comfortable beds. I would highly recommend. The area is walking distance from everything you’d need and they have a delicious breakfast. The front desk women Constanza was wonderful and very friendly!

I've written before about the positive experience of genuine welcome we've felt at the Fairfield Inn & Suites in Great Barrington. This visit was no exception! As usual, we were greeted by cheerfully by Steve Curley, who attended to every detail and anticipated our needs for the weekend. The staff at this property truly understand that they work in the HOSPITALITY business, and that attitude seems to guide all their attentiveness and concern. Special shout-out to the hardworking hostess in the lobby dining room who took the time not only to organize an efficient and delicious breakfast but also to compliment my wife's scent. We will definitely be back when again in the area. Thank you!

Great location and everyone was friendly and helpful

A little disappointed that there was not a beverage stand out in the lobby. This may be the only Fairfield that I've stayed in that did not have complimentary beverages (hot tea, chocolate, water jug with fruit infusions) set up in the lobby. I specifically try to book Fairfields for this reason. Also, no water cooler in the gym/workout room. That is a first also. Everything else was nice and everyone friendly. But these things made the stay a little less comfortable.

This hotel doesn’t have 200 year old antiques or appetizers prepared by a French chef, but it has something even more rare - truly outstanding customer service. The whole staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Beyond that, our room and all the shared areas are very well-kept, and our room had free HBO Max! Very good hotel for my wife’s and my 30th anniversary, but we also saw families and people who looked like business travelers enjoying their stays.

I travel a lot and was very impressed with this hotel for a family getaway. Rooms were clean, pool was big with a nice hot tub and breakfast was well stocked and tasty. Hotel staff provide great service with a friendly smile. Will definitely return!

Stayed there for a small ski trip. Apart from a slightly boring breakfast, everything about the hotel was fine - from good parking spaces to clean and tidy rooms, to very friendly and helpful staff. And a well-stocked sundries as well. Heard lots of families with small children in a good mood, and the pool seemed to be a big hit. Will definitely stay there again on my next trip to Ski Butternut!
