Five family members booked rooms here on separate days, each assuming we were going through the front desk. All five calls were rerouted to a travel company like *******, Priceline, etc without our knowledge, and we were upcharged with their extra fees. The local Holiday Inn told us they don’t answer the phone for reservations, but forward their calls those travel companies! And it’s an unwelcome surprise to their guest to learn that on arrival! I feel like this is poor customer service for folks who want to book directly. They were unwilling and unable to correct this. I WOULD NOT recommend Holiday Inn Express to anyone; and I will never stay there again. E Jones
