Friendly staff and ideal location for centre of Driffield. Swimming pool with sauna and steam available during the day.

Stay elsewhere run down poor parking . The room we had very poor pay more . Not much menu choice and not that cheap . Glad I never booked a weeks stay . It really needs an update I’m surprised Best Western have this hotel on their books . Staff friendly enough .

Not very clean, not a very nice room. The disabled bathroom was not as good as it could have been, the landlady said she had advice from the council, but I am afraid these people don't know enough about disability. I know everybody's disability's are not the same, but they should ask a disabled person about that. I come across this problem in a lot of hotels

Me and my partner stayed here on Friday night for one night only the hotel is clean and seems to be well looked after we didn’t have a drink or food in the bar/restaurant as we were on a day drinking pub crawl ! The bed comfortably room clean abit dated but didn’t bother us the only thing that drove me nuts is the floor boreds even the corridor ones were bad ! But other than that all good

With a complete refurb it would be a brilliant choice: good location, adjacent free car park, quirky and historic. Staff were friendly and helpful, Wi-Fi was reliable and fast, shower was great. Sadly, I can’t recommend it in its present condition. Carpets and furnishings are old, worn and tired. Floors creak everywhere, likewise the chairs when you sit on them (and not very comfy). Paint and wallpaper need a refresh. My room was unbearably hot and stuffy when I arrived, and it needed 2 hours with the windows wide open before I could think of sleeping - and the rads weren’t even on. I’d love to recommend the place, but at the moment I don’t think it comes up to modern expectations.

We came to stay for my partners birthday. As always it was warm, friendly and welcoming. The spa and cocktails we had in there were perfect. The spa staff were lovely and on hand to help with making us feel comfortable. The room was huge with our own little lounge. It is fantastic value for money and has a very nostalgic feel. Breakfast was beautiful, hot and fresh. We will see you all soon.

Chose this hotel, because of the pool and spa which turned out to be nothing like the pictures. The staff are friendly, but the natives are not, it reminded me of the dartboard scene in American werewolf.
Old Hotel, which has its charm, with creaky floorboards to keep you up at night as well as the paper, thin walls, put a jumper on for breakfast if you're going in the winter
