Happy stay and really love it. Staffs are friendly and rooms are perfect. Con: heater isn’t working in the room so it’s a bit cold

The price was good, the bed and pillows super comfy. It was clean and very quiet, the staff was helpful. I had such a good night sleep. Very happy!

20 mins on bus, from airport bus station, leaves every half hour, stops near hotel which is behind garage

I was overall happy with my one night stay here before a flight the next day. The property was half the price of the hotels nearer the airport but still only about 10-15 min drive back to long stay to leave the car on the day of the flight. As one reviewer pointed out already which I’m very grateful for, be super careful as you drive in from the industrial estate and turn right into the hotel car park, not really pothole but gap in tarmac and then higher road surface could really damage your car. They’ve done half the road width only to repair this. The property itself was noisy on the industrial estate side which woke me up, lorries reversing and shouting so I’d recommend asking for a room on the car park side if you’re a light sleeper. My room was clean but had an odd fishy odour and dubious stain on the wall, only noticeable once in bed, fortunately the windows opened. Staff at reception very nice and got a friendly welcome and goodbye which was appreciated. Sounds like a lot was not great but at the room rate which was less than £50 a night including Wi-Fi I don’t think you can complain and the property represented good value for money and was way cheaper than the on or nearer airport hotels and I’ll happily use again if the price is right.

Would recommend this hotel for a pre-Stansted flight. Only 10 minutes from the airport at a fraction of the price. Clean with helpful staff.

Stayed ads was cheapest stay near airport. The outside area was untidy and overgrown but didn't stay there for the view. The lady who checked us in was lovely. Staff in cafe were sweet.

Good, clean, comfortable place to stay. Auston was very friendly and helpful, took good care of our needs. Bar had a fair bit of choices of drinks, and food was lovely. Close to Standstead airport. Had a good sleep overnight before our holiday. Would go back again.

The staff went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable. The food was delicious and had a variety of options. I would definitely stay here again!

We stayed with friends . Room is great ,Auston is very friendly .Brillent customer service , nice food and hotel is clean and food is tasty . This hotel is not far from airport and big car park though fully busy . Highly recommend……………………………..
