The pictures must have been taken a while ago because the hotel does not look like this anymore. The room was dirty, the furniture was scratched up. I looked in the kitchenette and the garbage was full so then I looked in the cupboard and found old pizza boxes and a bag of dirty diapers. They changed our room but the next room was only slightly better. I’d had enough and checked out and found another hotel.

Parking was convenient near my room. Enjoyed the swimming pool, hot tub and sauna. Bathroom was very clean.

The Heritage is a beautiful piece of Great Falls. The decorations in the lobby and throughout are in tune with the beauty of MT and the feel of the area. Staff are above and beyond kind. The hotel is due to be updated in a couple of areas, but very well kept. Also, an incredible spot for their pool courtyard and ball room. We'll keep coming back!

The staff was amazing with our hockey teams. They opened the conference area for our kids to play mini sticks in. Would definitely stay here again!

Appreciated the location and early check in, Staff was extremely helpful and kind. With that being said, we were not impressed with the hotel itself and the smell of our room. This hotel needs updating especially for the price we paid, had I not paid upfront we would have left and went to another hotel. We will not be staying here again. Thank you

Rooms were very clean, beds comfortable. The bar is convenient, as is the hotel location in general. Breakfast was appreciated, albeit pretty average. Reservations were a nightmare. Called the hotel directly, asked for rooms in which we had stayed before, & had the mistaken impression this would happen. Called the hotel on checkin day to ask if it was possible to get in an hour early, told only one room would be available, the other not the room requested by any stretch, in fact now not happening at all. Called back to discuss further & different agent said all was booked as initially thought. Confused yet? Got there & it was back to only one room available as booked. Because of this hotels decent price, convenient location & amenities, we will still likely book again. It’s just a shame this independent hotel has such difficulties with a good reservation system, one that doesn’t give so much away to the ******* etc banks of rooms. I believe this has hampered this hotels ability to really treat customers with the respect & reliability we’ve all come to expect & appreciate from the Heritage.

Everything was great!! Room was extremely clean, bed was so comfortable! We will definitely be back and stay here!!!!!
