Holiday Inn Great Falls-Convention Center

Hotel itself was nice. Still under construction but clean. Front desk staff were all super friendly and nice. The older lady working in the restaurant for breakfast was extremely rude. Tried taking my kids there for breakfast and we ended up walking out. She rolled her eyes and heavy sighed at us for wanting to order to go, so then I said we would sit and order if that was easier for her? She acted like there was no where for us to sit amd saod shes about to get really busy. Only 3 other tables were sat at the time of our arrival. After seating us she sat about 4 other tables 5 minutes later. She got their drink orders and seemed super friendly to everyone else but never came back to help us. So we got up and left.

Very nice place. Cruz and Markeal were great as well as the rest of the staff. Clean rooms, big Tv with lots of options. Really well designed, lobby is beautiful and a new restaurant and bar insideGreat stay and will be recommending it to my folks when they come to visit!

The beds were very comfortable with nice fluffy pillows and soft sheets. The room was clean and quiet. The hotel lobby has a fun fountain with wildlife. Markeal at the front desk was exceptionally helpful and kind. He took care of everything in a friendly manner.

Excellent service!!! Clean and willingness to make our stay great. Markell was sweet friendly and really Frank was amazing too.

We had an amazing stay! Cruz was the BEST - my daughter was always so excited to go get “coins” from him and the front desk to throw in the fountain! The hospitality was go great. Cruz and the whole team were unmatched. Thank you !!!

They had ecellent service, Thet were accommodating and courteous staff every time we entered and exited the facility.

This hotel was so nice! The staff are amazing, Markeal was great to deal with, the waterfall is incredible and the pool is quite fun! Thanks to everyone of the staff for a great stay

We ate in the restaurant and the food was great! Our server Mollie was amazing!! She had excellent service, she was super kind, and made sure we had everything we needed. The rooms were nice and clean. And all the staff were friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this hotel!

We’re on a trip to Glacier National Park and stayed here on our way. Our stay here was very nice. I don’t usually do reviews, bc I don’t feel like I have time while on the road and then forget to after I’m back home. I do a lot of traveling during the last 4 to 5 years now that I have time. The staff, particularly Cruz, who we did checkout with was excellent and friendly. It’s awesome to have such great hospitality service. Not all hotel staff are as friendly as it was here. It made our stay very pleasant. Thank you. I can remember the name bc Cruz was the guy I saw most recent when leaving this morning. The staff when we checked in were also very excellent. I wish I could remember their names too, to give them credit for a great welcoming when we got here. My memory isn’t always working well, forgive me for not being able to mention them specifically. Please make sure they get receive credit for their excellent service too, especially bc I had questions after checking in. After checking in and being in the room for a bit, I got a notification of the charges for our stay. I got confused abt the charges for our rooms so I went back to the front desk and they were super friendly & courteous explaining the charges. Things were done differently than I’ve experienced during other hotel stays. I usually stay at Holiday Inn Express bc I use my IHG app and look for the best stays depending on what type of travel I’m doing, but found this Holiday Inn at a good rate. When approaching and going into this hotel, it was easy to tell that this was an old property. I also looked on my IHG app to see what all the area hotels look like. At one time I bet this place was a very nice, bustling and busy convention center hotel. It’s in the process of being updated. The newer updates to the hotel, furniture and rooms are looking nice. One can tell that this place still needs lots of updates. The rooms were pretty spacious and we had room for all our stuff and able to roam abt the room w/o feeling cramped or crowded. The beds were the most comfortable that I’ve experienced traveling in a long time. I was very pleased w my stay here. There’s a restaurant (that looks very nice), ****** (I think) and a bar here too. We ended up going out for dinner and got back on the road soon after waking, so we missed going to breakfast here too. All in all, I was extremely pleased w this hotel.
