Motel 6 Great Falls, MT

I got out of the shower and noticed that the towels weren't folded nicely. I shook one out to see if it was clean or not and 3 syringes fell out onto the floor.

Clean rooms and quick service

Its great for pet owners. Rooms were cold. We ended up having to wear socks to bed with fleece pjs because the rooms were not warm enough. Booked for 5 women and not enough towels or pillows. Extra blankets would have been great. The cot we ordered never did show up. Being close to highway was very noisy, which was expected. Staff was nice.

I didn't catch the managers name. But she was very welcoming and amazing to deal with. Our last day there was my birthday and she was very accommodating with our late checkout request. Super friendly. And our room was immaculately cleaned smelled fresh.

Clean - reasonable - accessible

I arrived after driving 12 hours in blizzard conditions. I was exhausted and so appreciative of my arrival. The two lovely gals at the front desk were super kind, professional and helpful. They assisted me with ensuring my mountain bike was stored safely; helped me log on to the internet; welcomed both myself and my pup…truly a lovely experience. Thank you!
