They hardly clean the bathrooms - there was a terrible stench coming out of the bathtub drain and the actual bathtub was also dirty and the manager on duty was not fazed when she was informed about this. The very worst experience :(

late check in after a performance at the derngate, i had some musical equipment with me and was worried i would have to carry it upstairs, curtis and his manager assisted carrying my equipment to my room and even changed my room to a ground floor room.

The staff in this hotel are what makes it a pleasant stay. Every person I spoke to was friendly and helpful and this was very much appreciated. Unfortunately the hotel is very tired and needs updating and this alone will stop me from staying here again.

Outside of the hotel needs some attention. Flaking paint and so on. However room was quiet, large, clean and the bed comfortable. The TV was small by modern standards. Told by reception that the hotel is due refurbishment which is absolutely necessary so that will improve first impressions and ambience.

The room was clean, nicely decorated and in good condition. The bathroom was spacious and the shower was nice with plenty of hot water. The staff were very friendly, always happy to help and chat. The room was also great value compared to other local hotels.

Was a lovely experience, Lovely receptionist called James. Was very well spoken and very welcoming and had a good laugh with him. It was made very comforting knowing where we were staying has lovely staff. Would recommend Premierinn as a cheap and lovely place to stay for a few nights or even just one! Thank you James for the lovely experience.

Staff pleasant and very friendlyandwelcoming with every stay we have had. Nichola made our check in pleasant and easy so it was nice and relaxing. Room is super clean and lovely hotel. We stay most weeks and always great service from staff and cleanliness.

What can I say, one of the best priemer inns I’ve been too, the staff are really friendly and willing to help if needed. The bed was extra comfy and you get everything you will need in your room and it a good distance to the town centre and next door u have a nice pub where u can spend the night to unwind with drinks and food, I recommend this hotel highly I will definitely be back.

Lovely clean room,very comfortable bed,the staff here are exceptional, very welcoming,always cheery and friendly,and so helpful,I'm here for a longer stay,and they always ask if they can do anything to make my stay better,so top marks all round. Nice little touches with drinks and biscuits etc,a very enjoyable stay. Highly recommended.
