This place is amazing, the receptionist was so welcoming, the place itself was so clean and tidy. The room was great too, loads of space and immaculate, we also had a great nights sleep, very quiet. Evening meal was also fantastic and also the breakfast. Also this was in a great location for visiting the lovely places around Norfolk. Everyone was so polite and friendly with a great smile. Nice hotel, comfy rooms. Room and spa facilities nice and clean. Lovely facilities, very accommodating staff. Had to book a second night short notice because accommodation elsewhere had double-booked us and I was so glad to end our walking trip here. The spa was such a great bonus. Would recommend!

Easter weekend break with the family. Rooms were lovely & clean. Myself & niece both had the hot stones massage & I must say it was one of the best I’ve had & I’ve had many. My sister had the facial & she highly recommends. Food was great no complaints from any of us & there was 8 in our party. Was very busy over the weekend but at no point did the standard of the service drop, all staff worked so hard.

Me and my partner had a amazing experience staff where lovely and friendly the spa was great the restaurant food was excellent very big portions so worth the money n really nice would definitely come back if looking for a spa n hotel in that area

Great location (10 walking mins from the beach) Lovely food and restaurant, friendly professional staff, rooms very comfortable with great facilities. Spa was lovely. Reasonable price for breakfast with friends who were not staying (those of us staying for the weekend had breakfast included) and there were great choices and value for money. Highly recommended. Would go again 👍

Stayed here for two nights over the weekend. Overall, we enjoyed our stay but were slightly disappointed with the spa experience. There were a fair few kids (without adults) jumping and diving into the 1.1m pool which made us feel uneasy. Kids also getting in and out of the hot tub (even though it says no under 8s and 8-14 to be supervised). The restaurant was gorgeous - excellent food and service. Rooms were nice and spacious with an excellent shower. Staff were friendly and helpful - housekeeping especially nice.
