THE HOTEL IS SITUATED IN A VERY GOOD PART OF GREAT YARMOUTH. THE ROOM HAD VERY GOOD LIGHTING AND IT WAS CLEAN

Shower valve was broken we could not have a shower in a morning water was too hot and I could not turn the heat down

Lovely soft bed and pillows room very clean and bathroom only let down no cooked brekfast but really nice hotel large t,v in room and fridge and micrwave useful if needed staff friendly would go again plenty of tea and coffee in room also and soft towels

It was terrible I woke up the next morning really I’ll with pneumonia as the bedroom ceiling was leaking right onto the bed and we were all wet I told management and they just said oh thank you . I wasn’t offered compensation or even a free night at hotel so i would like to propose a refund

WiFi and data in basement rooms was almost unusably bad. Everything else was pretty good, would stay again in a different room.

Room much nicer than last time I stayed. Much quieter this time too. In need of a refurb but for the price we paid was fine. Poor water pressure in shower.

Room furniture was tired, tatty and old. Shower pressure was hopeless. Room was noisy as no soubdproofing from coridor or other rooms. Bar and restaurant long since closed. Clearly being used a homeless shelter.
