The Rampart

I stayed here for work and found it a perfect location. Steve was very good with communication and answering all my questions. The room was very modern with lots of gadgets which could be a little tricky but once you got the hang of it was all ok. I stayed 4 nights and looked to re book the same room the following week but unfortunately it had gone. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay again.

Excellent, modern well equipped apartment with off street parking and excellent location. Travelling to the area for business I've struggled to find good quality accommodation with off street parking for a decent car. Rooms even had air conditioning which did work and the windows provided good noise insulation from the loud exhaust crew on the promenade. At last, decent executive accommodation in Yarmouth.

We stayed here for two nights in Suite 5 and couldn’t have been happier! Beautiful apartment, very stylish and comfortable. The view of the beach was amazing! It was very clean and spacious. Having Netflix was a nice touch too. We shall definitely be staying here again.

My partner and I stayed in the rampart for a three day stay and what an excellent stay it was. It was everything it said on the booking site and more, if there was a WOW status this certainly was one. It is credit to the owners I certainly will be going back there without hesitation. 😁 excellent

We just love coming to the Rampart. It’s the only place we will stay when we come to Great Yarmouth. The suites are spotless and decorated to high standard. The owners are attentive and welcoming. We have stayed at the Rampart quite a few times now, not once have we had any issues. Best place in Yarmouth to stay by far with amazing sea views right outside your window. 10/10.

We just had a fantastic experience here at the rempart for the weekend. The room was well furnished, spacious and had a great view on the sea. The system of room access by code works very well, as you can't really lose any key, and not having to rely on only one set of keys makes it easier to feel comfortable. I'm also sending a big thank you to Steve and Jenna, who did an amazing job at helping us throughout our stay at the Rempart! They were quick and kind, which is always a plus in my book!

The bedroom was so cozy with a beautiful sea view. Luxurious stay and very comfortable. Thank you. Self-catering kitchen units, with fridge, kitchen wear, oven, and cool kettle tap however it’s slightly fiddly but once use to it you can make a cup of tea. The bathroom shower was amazing as it has two shower heads with a selection of care products.

It was great, there was great communication to make it less stressful for me, and the condition of the rooms and bathroom and kitchen was amazing. Felt very safe with the code lock and felt very accommodated to.

5 star in every way! This was our first time staying at The Rampart, we were lucky enough to meet the owners who were attentive, friendly and welcoming. The location is excellent, right opposite the beach and well within walking distance to amusements, food etc. The communal areas are clean, fresh, modern and welcoming. Love the coded doors so no need for fiddly keys! Then we get to the room, oh what a room! Firstly, we were upgraded for free due to an issue with the heating in our initial suite. Jenna one of the owners showed us round first, making sure we were ok with stairs before showing us up to the suite (such a simple question but shows how attentive they are as hosts). The suite is just as impressive as the photos, spacious, clean, very modern and well thought out with no expense spared. I run my own cleaning business and as much as I try not to, I do check the cleanliness of anywhere I stay - it's absolutely first class here! The shower screen is spotless, no marks or limescale on either shower, all stainless steel was like a mirror - SO clean which is really refreshing to see that nothing has been forgotten. The bed & linen was comfortable, fresh and clean. The bathroom was so posh and modern, I've never seen my partner as excited as I did when he saw the waterfall shower.. we both tried it out and it was to die for! So refreshing. I felt awful splattering water on those lovely clean doors 😂 such a lovely touch to have proper shower gel, shampoo & conditioner, hand soap and lotion all in full bottles and they smelt gorgeous. The air conditioning (heat and cool) was very modern and sophisticated, easy to use especially with the tutorials that the owners provide on their website. The kitchen is again modern, clean and everything has been thought of, everything that you could possibly need is included for self catering. The boiler tap is especially excellent, no waiting for a kettle to boil! The sofa and kitchen table & chairs were comfortable and posh, all crockery very clean and new. Smart TV in the lounge/kitchen, with a complimentary Netflix account, another unnecessary but lovely touch that shows how thoughtful the owners are. I could go on much more than I have but I'd best leave it there! We will 100% be back and it is the best place we've EVER stayed. You won't be disappointed if staying here, trust me! Thank you so much
