Premier Inn Great Yarmouth West (A47)

We stayed here last night and it was great. The reception staff were so friendly, a real credit to the company, The room was immaculate with a lovely comfy bed which meant a great nights sleep. We walked into and back to the sea front and it was only 30 minutes each way which was great. We will definitely be back when staying in the area.

Came here for a sci-fi weekend by train. The hotel is very close to the train station and to the event. I was only mean’t to stay for 3 nights but got days off so decided to stay another night before returning to Bognor on Monday morning. The room is very comfortable and clean the only thing I don’t think works is the extractor fan in the bathroom. Staff was amazing helping what you need etc. Also having baths instead of showers also amazing. I would recommend the meal deal for the on-site restaurant next door which also were great staff. I would recommend this place if you don’t want to go further from the train station.

Brilliant hotel and location close to the Vauxhall Caravan Park. The hotel was quiet even though was quite full. The breakfast at Brewer's Fayre next door was so good for the £10 pp cost. Full continental and cooked breakfast choice from the buffet. Could not fault it, but only praise. The team were so friendly at both the hotel and the pub/restaurant.

Stayed midweek for one night. I did email and ask for accessible room with a bath and a very quick friendly reply saying all confirmed was nice. Arrival was a little mute, staff talking and I didn't want to interrupt and looked for the auto sign in machines but they wasn't there. strangely on sign in they asked for my partners name which I've never had before. Room was on the first floor beside the lift and was perfectly accessible and all well design. Slight issues, the bathroom door didn't slide shut and the bath was a bit shallow but the later is probably understandable for this room. Comfortable stay although rain dripping loudly on the sign outside the window but it was a dreadful weather day. Evening food next door not the best and probably slightly expensive for what it was but OK as a last resort if you didn't want to go out but probably best to go out if you can. Was stuffed still and didn't do breakfast sadly though. Plenty of parking but sad to see the covered parking blocked off and no covered walkways to get out of the weather around the doors and between the two buildings. Checkout ok but wanted to know more details when trying to put the card in the check out bin which felt a bit lazy again. Perhaps try the newer seafront hotel instead.

Lovely hotel. Me and my partner have travelled to Great Yarmouth to visit family and we chose this hotel for our stay. Great choise we made. The receptionists are professional, informative and welcoming. Clean and quiet hotel. And the bed was so comfortable, one of the best sleeps we've ever had in a hotel. We definitely recommend using this place if you're planning to visit Great Yarmouth!

Unexpected surprise. Our car broke down and we couldn't get back home until we got it fixed. We walked into this hotel and we were pleasantly surprised by the warmth we were welcomed with. The guys on reception were going above and beyond to make us feel at ease. Thank yuo. We're glad we've came to you. Nice and clean hotel with good service,good location and restaurant attached in case yuo get hungry. Well done! Keep at it!

arrived at 2.55 to be asked to wait til 3pm. A bit petty I think. At 3pm I was then told only 1 of my rooms was ready. Had to wait for half an hour but the receptionist got us all a coffee from the restaurant while we waited which I thought was a lovely touch. Rooms were very large as accessible rooms. Due to Covid the rooms are not cleaned.or tidied. I was unfortunate enough to have a large plastic vent fall off the wall and miss me by inches. What was the chances of that....then of course this let all the noise of water flushing from all other rooms into the room. There was also a fan running continously 24hrs so this disturbed sleep.

Was in the Prem Inn for weeks on business and I can not fault it in any way.Was clean and tidy and the staff...especially George were fantastic..nothing was a hassle and I felt so welcomed.GREAT PLACE

Had a great experience at the hotel. Forgot my keys a couple of times and always replaced with a smile, every member of staff would say hi everytime I came in and left the hotel which was lovely. Room and facilities always clean and food perfect, 9uld I also say that George on the front desk always went the extra mile and seemed he really enjoyed making people feel comfortable big thumbs up !!
