Had a lovely 3 night stay, room spacious, comfy and very nice. Cooked breakfasts were delicious, well organised and presented and plenty of everything with offer of more if wanted. Lovely friendly couple running the guest house. Would thoroughly recommend.

A lovely short break at Barnard house , our room was very clean with all you would want for a comfortable stay , the full English breakfast was to die for , the table so nicely set up with blue and white China a real “English affair “ the hosts were very friendly and made you feel welcome, we wouldn’t hesitate to stay at Barnard House in the future….perfect

If you like a home from home then Barnard house is it. Jill and Andrew are wonderful hosts, happy give recommendations and help on the area. Our room was beautiful and light, bed comfy. It was great to also see Hot Chocolate in the tray in the room, don't get that in many hotels. There was plenty of choice for breakfast, which was freshly cooked in the morning.

Easy free parking. Really spacious room. Super comfy bed. Modern clean ensuite shower. Fantastic hosts. Superb personalised breakfast. And walking distance to the Seafront. It had everything we needed and advice was available on local resources.

We had a lovely 3 night stay, room spacious, comfy and very nice. Cooked breakfasts were delicious, the host were very friendly and helpful, we would definitely return if we go to Great Yarmouth again.

Lovely couple running the guest house. Probably one of the best breakfasts we have had, well organised, well cooked, well presented and plenty of everything and more if wanted. Room is well presented with good selection of beverages. Bath robes and soft fresh towels provided. Comfortable bed. Couldn’t really ask for more.
