I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Imperial Hotel and I must say, it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable.
The service throughout our stay was exceptional. The staff was attentive, friendly, and always ready to assist with any requests or questions we had. They truly made us feel like valued guests and their genuine hospitality was greatly appreciated.
Another great aspect of the Imperial Hotel is its convenient location. Being within walking distance of the beach is a huge plus for those who enjoy spending time by the ocean. It's wonderful to have the opportunity to easily access the beach and enjoy the beautiful surroundings without having to travel far. The proximity to the beach adds an extra level of relaxation and enjoyment to the overall experience at the hotel.
Overall, my family and I had a fantastic experience . The combination of a delicious breakfast, excellent service, and clean accommodations made our stay truly memorable. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a top-notch experience.

Great room, staff and wonderful food. What else can you ask for for a great weekend. Staff at both restaurants were absolutely fantastic as was the food. It was our anniversary, we had a great table, food and the staff put little favours on our table too. Such a lovely thing to do.

We were in Great Yarmouth for the weekend and popped by for a quick drink in the afternoon, welcomed by the lovely staff member Danny. We were a bit stuck on where to go for dinner, so, as we had such a relaxing time, we came back in the evening! We had a lovely private table in which we were waited on by Danny like stars, such amazing service to match delicious food too! Thank you so much for a lovely experience. Molly and Marc x

Booked 3 nights room a bit small bu good. Has rainfall shower so if you want to keep.your hair.dry pack a cap. Air conditioning best we've ever had in a hotel. The staff are brilliant helpfull and friendly. The food gets 10 out of 10. The Cru.restaurant is brilliant for service banter info and food that is out of this world. Thank you all. Ps if you give the chec 5p you get a.full slice of fried bread.

popped in here for lunch on a wet miserable day. Although they were very busy it did not take long for us to be served with some delicious sandwiches and coffee. The staff are professional and very helpful. The little bar at the back overlooks the sports field. Even better is the view across the sea from their fully glazed terrace. The Imperial does a super afternoon tea and recently they have started serving a savoury afternoon tea, I saw one being served and it look delicious, so we will be back.

We took our Family to this brilliant hotel for a two night stay. All of our rooms (a combination of family suites and double rooms) were well appointed and prepared to a high standard. The hotel kindly set us up a table for 13 in the dining room for breakfast and evening meals. An excellent menu and superbly prepared meals was enjoyed by all. Of particular note is the friendliness but professionalism of all hotel staff. Nothing was too much trouble and the young children in our group were made most welcome. The hotel has good parking facilities. We will most definitely be going to the Imperial Hotel again.

The cleanest , nicest, friendliest and most accommodating place I have ever stayed. The staff couldn't do enough for you. Clean towels every day. A wonderful breakfast and the afternoon tea is about the best I have ever had. You could choose anything you fancied. The kids loved it too.

Excellent Hotel, can't fault it. Plenty of staff, who were very polite and helpful. The food in their restaurant was first class and there was plenty of dishes to choose from. The room was very comfortable and clean and has a safe for you to use.

Booked 5 rooms for 2 nights for a short family trip away. Very positive feedback, rooms very clean, staff amazingly friendly and attentive. The Breakfast is definitely worth a mention, fantastic food, service and setting - one of the best hotel breakfasts, with fantastic options for all! We also had dinner at their CRU restaurant - food was great, with varied menu that catered for all and again staff were fantastic. In summary, a friendly hotel, with fantastic service that elevates the experience. As seaside hotels go, this is a must for Great Yarmouth.
