Imperial Hotel

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Imperial Hotel and I must say, it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable. The service throughout our stay was exceptional. The staff was attentive, friendly, and always ready to assist with any requests or questions we had. They truly made us feel like valued guests and their genuine hospitality was greatly appreciated. Another great aspect of the Imperial Hotel is its convenient location. Being within walking distance of the beach is a huge plus for those who enjoy spending time by the ocean. It's wonderful to have the opportunity to easily access the beach and enjoy the beautiful surroundings without having to travel far. The proximity to the beach adds an extra level of relaxation and enjoyment to the overall experience at the hotel. Overall, my family and I had a fantastic experience . The combination of a delicious breakfast, excellent service, and clean accommodations made our stay truly memorable. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a top-notch experience.

Booked 5 rooms for 2 nights for a short family trip away. Very positive feedback, rooms very clean, staff amazingly friendly and attentive. The Breakfast is definitely worth a mention, fantastic food, service and setting - one of the best hotel breakfasts, with fantastic options for all! We also had dinner at their CRU restaurant - food was great, with varied menu that catered for all and again staff were fantastic. In summary, a friendly hotel, with fantastic service that elevates the experience. As seaside hotels go, this is a must for Great Yarmouth.

Pleasently Surprised with our 2 night stay, good location, lovely staff, Sunday Lunch was superb. Breakfast freshly cooked and plentyful. Room we had with a small supplement had a great view of the sea and beach, refurbished bathroom was very clean and tidy

Stayed 3 nights at the Spring Bank weekend. The hotel is very nice and all the staff are fantastic. They are always updating. They have done the bar area, and it looks great. The room we had was excellent and looked very newly refurbished . Would recommend people to try the hotel.

What an impressive venue, the staff go above and beyond to create a magical day. The bedrooms are spacious & beautiful as well as spotlessly clean and the beds are incredibly comfy. In the run up to the wedding no question or random phone call was ever too much trouble and after the wedding there was no pressure to hurry up in the removal of all our decorations. On the day itself the food was delicious, the set up was stunning and everybody was so helpful. The staff were so amazing at turning our dreams into a sparkling reality. I would recommend this hotel for any event - a casual lunch, a night away or a lifetime occasion like our wonderful wedding. Thank you to all the staff, too many to mention, and especially Grant for creating such a perfect day for everyone. From our youngest guest, 3.5 weeks, to our grandparents - a fantastic time was had by all. Thank you so much.

We arrived at the Imperial and was greeted by Lesley at reception who was very efficient in checking us in. We had booked a two night stay in a sea view room with a themed dinner on the Friday night, we also booked a table in the restaurant for the Saturday evening. Our sea view room was great, lovely comfy bed and pillows, great walk in shower. Friday evening themed dinner was fantastic along with Chelsea the singer for the evening, singing songs from the sixties, seventies and eighties. The staff in the dining room were very attentive at all times and the food was of a very high standard. They have a very comprehensive wine list with wines from all over the world. Saturday morning we tucked into the Imperial breakfast which is very comprehensive so much to choose from all well presented with nice flavour. On the Saturday evening we dined in the restaurant, all the staff again very helpful with nothing to much trouble if you wanted to change an item within your meal. Danny the head waiter went out of his way to make sure everything was to your liking as did Jill who was assisting him. The food and presentation are to a very high standard and very good value. On the Sunday morning we tucked into another Imperial breakfast before leaving to go back home. To summarise our stay at the Imperial was faultless, Grant the manager should be very proud of his team. Looking forward to going back to the Imperial.

Friendly staff, lovely room with view of the sea, pleasant evening meal and breakfast, for a really competitive price, what’s not to like, have been before and will come again, big thankyou to all at The Imperial. Situated opposite the restored water gardens , the sea and golden sands , an ideal location , all of which makes The Imperial a must place to visit.
