The White Lodge

Jean was very welcoming, polite, friendly and helpful being a lady on a business trip. The room and lodge was warm, cosy and clean. Definitely will stay there again. Felt at home and loved rustic feeling downstairs. The English breakfast was amazing including the choices. Thank you from an anxious first timer on a business trip.

What a lovely bed and breakfast would highly recommend Jean is such a lovely caring helpful lady, we loved chatting with her we had every thing we needed and she asked us every day if we needed anything and if we needed anything from the shop which was so kind. Beautiful breakfast too cooked to perfection. Loved our room I had ground floor as I can’t do stairs it was perfect spotlessly clean fresh white towels lots tea coffee milk biscuits and loved the decor of the room thank you Jean for giving us a memorable week

The stay was lovely nice spacious clean room,but the bed wasn't overly comfortable.

Unfortunately we were staying in Gt Yarmouth for the funeral of an old friend . I knew we were in for a warm welcome as soon as Jean opened the door. The White House is a beautiful building and the inside is just gorgeous. Our room was just perfect for our needs beautifully clean and fresh and the biscuits on the tea tray were a nice touch. Lovely comfy bed and a good night's sleep. Our breakfast was fabulous all you will ever need (Jean is a marvel) We will definitely be back next time we visi. Thank you Jean for a great stay. You and your husband should be very proud of what you've built. ❤️

What a beautiful bed and breakfast, Jean is a lovely kind caring lady.spotlessly clean room with all we needed for a wonderful stay beautiful white soft towels plenty tea coffee milk and biscuits too. We had a wonderful week we had a ground floor room, she did offer us a room upstairs with a sea view but I can’t manage stairs but we could still see the sea from our window, it was a lovely cosy room nice and warm, loved the decor too. We had a gorgeous breakfast lots of choice too cooked to perfection, we were left a breakfast menu to fill in each day, Jean even asked us each day if there was anything we needed and asked if there was anything we need from the shops each day it was really a memorable holiday. Would highly recommend

Had a wonderful 2 night stay. Jean goes above and beyond to make sure you're aware of where everything is and how things are run. Breakfast was fantastic with lots of choices. We were there for our anniversary and were left a card and box of chocolates in the room when we arrived, which was a lovely touch. We'll definitely be back

We had a fantastic time at the White Lodge. The beach is on the doorstep and is very peaceful and clean. Our room was spotless and breakfast was excellent, with every option you can think of. Jean made us feel right at home! Would definitely recommend.

The last time we visited Great Yarmouth, many moons ago, we stayed here and we were delighted to see that The White Lodge is still welcoming guests under the same ownership. I don't use the word 'welcoming' lightly as Jean makes you feel completely at home as soon as you arrive The immaculate standards from years ago are still as high as ever. Comfortable, beautifully maintained rooms and excellent breakfasts at great value for money prices. Nothing was too much trouble. Unreservedly recommend......
