Сначала о плюсах: большой номер, все чисто, много полотенец. Из минусов: персонал заходит в номер в любое время, несмотря на табличку «не беспокоить». Именно так утром к нам зашел работник, в то время, когда на мне было только полотенце после душа. Просто взял, открыл дверь своим ключом и зашел в номер. Его не смутило, что еще 2 часа до чек аута, что на двери висит табличка «не беспокоить», что при открытии двери что-то мешает (специально ставим сумки/чемоданы под дверь). Также, минусом является парковка - она формально есть, но место найти там почти невозможно, надо дежурить и ждать, что кто-то выедет.

We stayed only for about 8hrs to sleep for an early flight 6:30am, unfortunately we were unable to sleep due to the number of young students making lots of noise during late hours!! Our stay was very uncomfortable 😕

Personal super atento y muy agradable, las habitaciones muy limpias. Tienen aparcamiento detrás para dejar el coche. Esta bastante cerca del centro de Bilbao. Fue una estancia espectacular. Recomendable 100%. Mil gracias por el buen trato.

Estuvimos en este hotel marido y yo hotel la ubicación a 7 km de Bilbao transporte público en la misma puerta. La limpieza bien la atención del personal muy bien. Las camas cómodas. La comida muy deficiente comida muy mal guisada y muy mala calidad lo mejor el desayuno. En una semana que estuvimos solo ensalada y pescado de muy mala calidad, no pusieron nada de arroz y filetes de pollo nada solo hamburguesas muy gordas mal pasada a la plancha patatas congeladas, nos pusieron unos filetes de cinta de lomo y estaban súper secos no había quien se los comiera. Un solo día pusieron potaje de garbanzos con chorizo y superduros las lentejas agua de fregar. Y eso solo una vez a la semana. la comida y la cenas horribles

Hotel comodo da raggiungere in auto ed in 10 minuti si è in centro città. Nota negativa: siamo arrivati intorno alle 22 ed il parcheggio privato era esaurito, per cui abbiamo dovuto trovare un parcheggio nelle strade adiacenti. Il rapporto qualità-prezzo è buono, come anche la pulizia della stanza (anche se la moquette forse è un po' superata...). La colazione a buffet gradevole, ma niente di entusiasmante.
