The overall experience with the hotel was ok. But there was no professionalism maintained by the restaurant staff and the attenders. They were not trained well enough to attend guests which made a really bad impact on me as I was visiting 1st time to the Radisson group of hotels. The staff at the resturant was had etiquettes to serve things people. Only few people were attended, others were not including me which was quit disappointing to me. Please make sure the staff should be well trained with the etiquette to attend each guest properly Thankyou

I had the pleasure of spending six days at the Radisson Blu Greater Noida recently, and it was an absolutely wonderful experience. I can state with confidence that the personnel at this hotel is the most sophisticated and well-served of any 5-star establishment I've been to in Delhi and the NCR. A wonderful staff welcomed me right away and went above and above to make sure I had a great stay. I would especially want to thank the following people: Sales Team: -Mr. Tipu and Mr. Abhishek: Client-centered. They are aware of this and work hard to ensure the success of your event. Extremely professional but modest. Banquet Team: - Mr. Ajay Singh: An incredibly adaptable and solution-focused individual, a true treasure. - Mr. Bhuvnesh: A courteous and modest supervisor. Mr. Surya: My go-to guy every day, who even got the founder of CHAI ASARDAAR to teach him the secret formula for masala chai. - Mr. Harsh: prompt and constantly willing to help. Mr. Deepender: A resource who is quiet but willing to learn. —Mr. Majhar. Kitchen: Chef Anuj Kapoor and his team deserve special mention for their work in the kitchen. Chefs Niranjan, Rajesh, Preetam, and Jagdish, in addition to Chef Kapoor, made sure that every meal was outstanding. Their warm disposition and commitment to making guests feel at home were genuinely admirable. Restaurant: Mr. Vinod and the restaurant staff were excellent. With Mr. Vinod's help and humility, my six days were genuinely unforgettable. I was also made to feel very welcome and cared for during my stay by Mr. Tara Singh and the rest of the crew, which included Mr. Vimal, Ms. Laksita, Ms. Ri****a, Ms. Disha, Mr. Lalit, Ms. Anita, Mr. Badan, Mr. V***n, Abhishek, Mr. Anurag, and ***y more. Front Office: The crew at Front Office made a lasting impact with their friendliness and professionalism. Mr. Chirag, Mr. Fahad, Mr. Irfan, Mr. Gurpreet, Ms. Sunaina, Ms. Deepshikha, Ms. Mahira, Mr. He***t, Mr. Abhinav, Mr. Anurag, Mr. Mahfooz, and Mr. Deepanand made sure that every encounter was easy and enjoyable from the time I made my first query until I checked out. Housekeeping: I would especially like to thank Mr. ***n and housekeeping team for keeping the place perfectly tidy during my visit. I can't thank the chefs enough for cooking such great meals for me when I was there. Every meal, whether it was breakfast, lunch, or dinner, was a genuine showcase of culinary brilliance. To sum up, the outstanding service at the Radisson Blu Greater Noida made my stay there above and beyond my expectations. I was treated like more than simply a visitor. I am very much looking forward to going back soon.

It was really comforting to visit. Ms. Karanti and Ms.Anita Sharma were really helpful and sweet. God bless them. I wanted to suggest that the water that is being used to wash plates should be renewed and used for other purposes. While the replacement of plates as a gesture of etiquette must be shut down because it leads to water wastage and water crisis in the city is not too far. Thank you
