I recently stayed at a Days Inn hotel and, unfortunately, had a disappointing experience with the front office staff. The individual lacked basic customer service skills and consistently displayed a rude attitude. It is perplexing to me how someone with such a demeanor could be employed in a customer-facing role. My husband, who is usually jovial, attempted to lighten the atmosphere, but the staff member remained unresponsive and even gave disapproving looks. It is disheartening to witness such poor representation of the company through an employee's attitude. We stayed for two nights, so it was not a one-time occurrence. Seeing other reviews about the same person, I realize that I would have chosen a different hotel had I known. As we were in town for a family emergency, the last thing anyone wants during that time is to encounter someone rude.

Noisy, piece of ceiling falling down by elevator, WAY overpriced for what you get, halls and carpet yucky. Only upside was great water pressure in the shower.

It was kinda what I expected for the price, The colicky baby in the next room literally sounded like it was in our room, every time someone shut a entry door to their room It shook the whole 3rd floor. You can also tell the whole building is settling away from the elevator shaft if you just look at the gaps under the doors...

The bathtub had mold around the spout and knob. Disgusting for a hotel that was close to $150 a night.

Literally didn’t get to stay ; parking lot was completely full with no where close by to park , usually I’d walk, but there was a foot of snow on the ground and I ended up having to stay some place else.

I work at a heath company with a client who a was in need for alternative living for 3 days with durable medical equipment. The staff at this facility respond with loving kindness to the needs of another human and they accommodated (within reason) to ensure this stay was comfortable for the client and family. Working to accommodate what they could for, the best interest of this client. Grupta, the property manager was beyond professional very kind, and embraced the situation to work in her best light for this client.
