Reserved the non-smoking king suite. When I walked into the room immediately smelled smoke. The tables had stains. Gum rubbed into the carpet and popcorn every where. Opened up the bathroom and smelled like someone smoked a whole pack of cigarettes before I checked into the room. I notified the front desk and the gave me a new room, but that too was dirty. I do not recommend this hotel.

The rooms was terrible! No door handle in bathroom parts of door knob was missing. Paint all over furniture. Mirrors was smeared. Noisy kids and adults all night in hall. Called guest services nothing was addressed. Beds was hard and covered had stains. Will never stay at the property again. Complained yet again at check out. Nothing was done to make it right.

The room needed some fixing up, but was clean. The outlets scared us a little and we couldn't close the curtains all the way. But, I slept good and the breakfast was great.

Terrible hotel. Very dirty rooms. Smelled horrible. Pool had light that was broken but still wired in hanging out of pool. Very unsafe. Hotel smelled mildew rooms were dirty had food crumbs from previous guest.

I only spent one night at the hotel. Staff were nice, welcoming and helpful. The pool was nice and WARM. Breakfast area clean. Close to skiing resort.
