The Farmside Retreat near I-81/26, a quiet country escape to nearby Tri-Cities.

We loved the place! Thank you for allowing us to stay. My children loved the tour of the animals (i know that wasnt the plan, but thank you for showing the animals off. They are still talking about Chuck Norris.) The farm fresh eggs were delicious! Hope we can stay again next time we are in the area. It was the first time we stayed in an RV. Sorry, i locked the wrong lock, but thank you Bethany for coming to my rescue.

Property was as descried. We were the first renters of the season - Nice, very well kept Clean RV! We came in to Bristol for the Nascar race & didn't wanna pay an arm n leg for a place to stay! Host were very friendly! Location was close to interstate - about 30 mins from the Racetrack! If you ever stay in the area - defiantly check out Paradise Acres Family Farm Park! Mini-golf was so much fun! We decided not to take our pet - we paid pet deposit but Host contacted VRBO for a refund- VRBO refunded that amount days later. The only recombination I would say -maybe think about putting a TV in the Main bedroom! Also due to being the first renters of the season - I would maybe spray for small insects like ants, bee's etc. RV being closed up all winter could use maybe a insect inspection first. But host did provide spray after seeing a few black ants. After we sprayed had no more issues with insects! OVERALL - I would rate 9 out of 10!

Matthew and Beth are very responsive and friendly. The view from the camper is beautiful.Beats a hotel any day!

Anytime I’ve ever had an issue. They were quick to resolve it. They’re very good hosts gladly book again.

What an amazing time! Absolutely everything we could ask for. Hosts were great and helpful. We especially enjoyed the view and the horses from the front door!

When I arrived no one was there. I arrived at approximately 4:00 pm. Knocked on the door. No answered. I stayed there for approximately 30 minutes and then booked another reservation at a different place.

Electrical AC/lighting The location of the camper is absolutely beautiful. My husband and I love it. There is plenty of room for the two of us along with our five months old Maltese. The bed is very comfortable. However, there are many issues. 1. It seems there are shortages to the electrical when the AC is running. We would have to start engine to run the RV for several hours to charge the battery fully to run the AC and to have electrical. 2. The water pressure is very low. The hot water in the shower keeps going in & out. Overall the campsite is very quite and beautiful countryside.

Great place in the country to stay while working remote

Just what I needed for my stay This was just what I needed for a weekend stay. Matthew and Bethany were fantastic hosts! They were easy to communicate with and everything was just as described. They worked with me getting in late the first night and were accommodating to traveling with my dogs. Its in a lovely, quiet area but easy to find and easy access to main roads. I would definitely stay again if im ever back in the area.
