Not alot of choices here in Greeneville TN for hotels. We arrived 2 months ago & getting life in order. We sold our mobile home & waiting for the new one. I needed one night stay with future ones to come. I was declined, stating per policy they can not reserve rooms to area residents. I moved from MN to TN only here 2 months. I understand the policy very disappointed!

For the money, it would be nice to have some breakfast options for gluten and pork free diets. Oatmeal every morning is boring. Also, the way a noisy customer was handled in the middle of the night was unacceptable. I shouldnt have to move. The noisy, blaring tv in the wee hours should have to move or be quiet. Asking a guest to come into the roon to assess where the noise is coming from is unbelievable. Really?
