Room was clean, hotel easily accessible off highway, staff pleasant and easy to deal with. Breakfast, the same ole thing, nothing to get excited about (bagels, yogurt, fruit, drinks, eggs, pancakes etc). Eating area was clean, spacious, and bright. Little things that were a bother: The volume on tv controller did not work. We had to request assistance from front desk as to how to view channels (ugh). The light on telephone blinked incessantly. All in all, we would stay here again. There was a grill outside should you want to make your own meal, room was clean.

The property was under construction and the main area was in a state that was very raw construction with heavy chemical fume smells. The business center, pool, and fitness center were under construction. The breakfast was extremely limited and was not at all sufficient to call breakfast . There was also a lot of loud construction noise. Multiple people complained to the staff during the short period of time I was there, the hotel should just be closed until renovation is done. It was a very poor experience, the staff was nice though. I felt bad for them

The walls are not very soundproof. The room and bathroom were clean. Check in and check out was very efficient. Hot breakfast was provided.

Driving from Oklahoma to Maryland I did the typical “I’ll stop when I’m tired.” By the time I pulled in to the hotel I was honestly desperate and not expecting much since the rating was 2.5. What a pleasant surprise! Micah was working the front (when I arrived and when I left) she was helpful, efficient and check in was a breeze. They are remodeling so no front desk—working from computer desks in the lobby. King sized bed was so comfortable. There was a refrigerator and microwave. Room and bath were clean. I had to borrow a cube to charge my phone because there wasn’t a usb port in the room. But that was no big deal. Breakfast looked and smelled amazing and much better than the typical stale pastries in lower end hotels.
