Super 8 by Wyndham Greenfield

This property has been very well taken care of. Tiffany was amazing and so personable. She even called to make sure we were ok since we had a late check in. Will definitely stay here again if needed.

Staff was really nice and accommodating. Hotel was clean. Bed was okay but a little hard.

Every expectation I had about the Super 8 by Wyndham in Greenfield, Indiana after reading reviews on Trip Advisor and Yelp were far exceeded. The warmth, professionalism, and attentiveness of front desk, housekeeping, and breakfast staff were so refreshing what a traveler can only hope for even in the most upscale hotels. The rooms also check all of the boxes for traveler essentials: clean, well maintained, comfortable, and well equipped (e.g. plenty of outlets for powering all of today's electronic toys). Round the clock coffee in the lobby and complimentary fresh popped popcorn in the lobby are nice touches that make this Super 8 a delightful home away from home. I had packed a bathing so I thought why don't I enjoy the pool area. The indoor pool and jetted hot tub were refreshing and the pool area was kept as well cleaned as the entire hotel. Finally, returning to the staff experience: front desk team on arrival had over 30 years of experience at this hotel between the two of them and spoke to the commi**ent and caring that the people who work here have. The evening staff was equally caring to our needs. I had a brief conversation with one housekeeping staff while walking to my room who epitomizes the entire experience at this Super 8: it felt like we were staying with family, a family who wanted to be the best hosts possible for their guests.

On last morning at hotel, I was sitting in the lobby drinking coffee. Being close to the front desk, I could hear the staff getting ready for the day’s work. They were so pleasant with each other, very refreshing to hear. One employee named Pam even sat down with me for a bit, it was wonderful and so was she! Thanks Pam for your hospitality. ❤️

Clean hotel with super friendly and kind staff. Good selection for breakfast. The beds were super comfy and they had a nice clean comfortable pool area.
