Avoid this hotel if you go to sleep before 3 am. Our room was above an empty storefront or so I thought. It turned into a bar at night and we had to listen to people yelling and the door opening and closing until 3 am. In addition, there are outdoor bars with live music on the property. We couldn’t sleep and checked out a day early but the hotel wouldn’t refund our money, relying on something we signed saying we wouldn’t be refunded if we left early. We didn’t expect that the conditions would be so bad that we had to check out, we had not planned on it. We lost $850 and a night of our vacation because the hotel was deceptive in its description of the property. Luxury to me usually means being able to sleep at a decent hour.
If you are over 25 or go to sleep before 3 am, avoid this hotel. It’s a shame because the rooms are nice and the property is nice during the day. What they don’t tell you is that you essentially are living in the middle of a bar at night. The management acts like it advises you of the noise on the website. It is deceptive by putting in one line under a room stating where the room is located. That does NOT state you can’t sleep.
