A wonderful port in the storm of other mediocre hotels in the area. Staff very helpful and friendly. Great gym and very relaxing a**osphere. Bedding is so comfortable, we slept so good! The bar area and restaurant is relaxing bring a sweater it’s a little chilly. We loved the breakfast menu. We always love our visit

Spent our Valentine’s weekend there, the staff was absolutely incredible. The comfort of the room and all the amenities made it a worthwhile experience. Will be returning very soon, much more to experience at this wonderful resort.

There is only 1 word to describe our experience: Spectacular! The resort was beautiful and clean, the staff was beyond amazing and the rooms are in excellent condition and spacious! Extremely comfortable beds! We would absolutely go back there again! Highly recommend!

We came for a wedding about 30 min away and this resort was perfect. Beautiful, clean and everyone was soooo friendly. Every night we would come back and go to the bar and the music was fantastic and the staff was amazing. We would go for one night cap to 4. That great!!! I would highly recommend.

Not enough staff for dining service. Waited over an hour for breakfast service which is crazy especially if you on a time schedule.
Cold shower water both mornings.

The weekend was fantastic! I was married at the Grandover Resort this past Saturday, and my family and friends took advantage of all the amenities. Myself and the bridesmaids had a great time at the spa, and sauna and relaxed in a quiet area large room with snacks while we enjoyed girls' time before the rehearsal dinner that night. It is best if you book in advanced. The staff for my rehearsal dinner and reception was great! The food was even better. Everyone enjoyed the food and the attention the staff gave to my guest if they needed something. The family and friends enjoyed golfing, games and the firepit at night, and the beautiful grounds at Grandover. The restaurants were amazing as the guest grabbed a late night snack or drink at the bar. Thank you Grandover for a great experience and a beautiful wedding!! Everyone was so accommodating. My husband and I enjoyed every minute of our stay!

The resort grounds were stunning, and the staff was exceptionally friendly and accommodating. The food was also delightful. However, the only downside was the unavailability of massage services. Upon speaking with another guest, I learned that the spa area was relatively small, and even with additional massage therapists, they wouldn't have had enough space to accommodate everyone. This was particularly disappointing for guests on a girls' trip, as the resort advertises amenities for such occasions. It would have been helpful if, despite space constraints in the spa area, the option for in-room massages had been offered as an alternative solution.

Disappointed that this facility did not seriously provide someone on hand to help unload your luggage from the car and offer to carry to the room after check in. I watched similar poor service with workers standing around inside the lobby.
Not sure about to residency units or system at this golf lodging, but too expensive for what we received.
Management should look into their customer greeting system for sure.
Nobody even asked to help with bags whike checking out.
They had great social media pre-check in and check out emails.
