My group selected the DoubleTree in Greensboro for our quarterly meeting. Close to restaurants and shopping. My room was clean and comfortable. Very quiet despite being located near the interstate. The meeting space suited our needs. The staff provided good customer service.

Facility was run down looking and dirty. We had to have staff come and sanitize our bathroom. They were really friendly about this and gave us a breakfast comp for the inconvenience. However, breakfast area was also dirty, food was inedible. Overall, I would not return to a doubletree after this experience.

Our room had no mini fridge when we booked, front desk stated that if we would like one they could get a fridge sent up to us. Within minutes we had a working fridge in our room. Our stay was great no issues with hotel except it’s next to a busy highway and you could hear road noise.

The staff was amazing, however the room itself was lacking. My hair dryer was broken, there was blood on my toilet paper roll, my tv didn't work and the air conditioner would not turn off. I think the facility just needs some updates. Area was nice.
