Facility was run down looking and dirty. We had to have staff come and sanitize our bathroom. They were really friendly about this and gave us a breakfast comp for the inconvenience. However, breakfast area was also dirty, food was inedible. Overall, I would not return to a doubletree after this experience.

Our room had no mini fridge when we booked, front desk stated that if we would like one they could get a fridge sent up to us. Within minutes we had a working fridge in our room. Our stay was great no issues with hotel except it’s next to a busy highway and you could hear road noise.

The staff was amazing, however the room itself was lacking. My hair dryer was broken, there was blood on my toilet paper roll, my tv didn't work and the air conditioner would not turn off. I think the facility just needs some updates. Area was nice.

Had an amazing stay here! First and foremost the staff is very friendly. Huge shout out to the housekeepers Aaliya,Tara,Dailey and Jassi! Every morning I had great conversation with them, they recommended places for us to see and do and made casual talk to make us feel welcomed! They truly are the heart of the hotel as I didnt feel rushed and made me and my daughter feel at home. Second, you have to visit the bar and talk with Greg! Tell him what you like and he will whip you up a drink in no time. The conversation with him was great. He also recommended us things to do while we were in town. Great man! The beds are comfy, we got a great nights sleep. My only complaint, you cant buy the shampoo and conditioner set. That stuff did wonders to my hair! Until next time... thank you all for a great visit to North Carolina :)
