Joe checked us in and was nice. My only frustration was that the priceline listing said this hotel had free internet but didn't mention you have to sign up for Bonvoy to get it. I had Bonvoy but didn't know my account number so I just used my cell phone hotspot. The room had a comfortable king bed, sofa, fridge, microwave, tv and cable. There was an ice machine on our floor and a bistro in the lobby. The only food place within walking distance was Dunkin Donuts. The area was primarily just hotels. We opted to eat at Carolina's Diner (within a mile from hotel) twice and it was great.

Hotel was clean comfortable and at a very good price. Just wish they offered free coffee and hot water in the lobby.

The handicapped room was nice. The tiles in the bathroom were not clean. The shower stool was unstable and unsanitary.

Hotel staff was pleasant and professional. The bed was like sleeping in a marshmallow and we prefer more support. The flap in The toilet needs to be replaced. The seal leaks and the toilet ran most if the night
I realize covid protocols ruined the warm cookie give away but i expected that to have ended. It was a signature experience.
