Our room was spacious and very comfortable. Extremely convenient to Tanger center and walkable to other entertainment options. I was very disappointed though to have to pay for Wi-Fi at a hotel at this price point.

Overall a nice hotel - although the temps in the lobby and hallways were kept at elevated heat temperatures and the ac in the rooms did not work.

When you arrive at the front desk the smell of urine should be a warning sign. This hotel is absolutely filthy. The elevators, rooms, corridors etc are all dirty. There is literally gum stuck to the elevator that hasn’t been removed. My bed linen was clean but the floor hadn’t been vacuumed for a really long time. The walls are paper thin and you can hear every conversation going on in the rooms around you. After an hour of listening to the person in the room next to me coughing relentlessly I called down to request a room change. Zach told me that no rooms were available to switch to and no managers were to discuss this with. Interesting as it was clear in the app that other rooms were still open. Absolutely avoid this dump

Great staff, from front desk to the bistro and lounge. Check in was easy and delightful, the desk clerk waa fabulous.
If seeing a show at The Tanger Center, this is the place to stay....maybe a 3 minute walk, perfect!

Live locally but decided to use my Bonvoy free night stay and book downtown to attend a wedding. Hotel was average in its interior appearance. Carpet was old and worn. The Staff was very friendly, and our room was very clean. The trouble begins when you receive your bill after checkout and discover that you’ve been charged full price for two nights. After talking time to book through the what now seems useless Bonvoy Ap, you find the hat the free night isn’t applied unless you call ahead and request it. Why be a member and use the ap? Was told by their customer service that they couldn’t apply the credit to my card, and there is nothing they can do. Maybe Hilton can help me next time?
