It’s was nice staff was helpful no coffee cups in the room for coffee maker and room shows wear and the he light outside the window shines straight in the window but it’s worth staying again

There is a large homeless population in the area. A woman came directly up to our car window, hands on the window beggin 3 times during our 4 day stay. One morning a homeless man was in the hotel for breakfast passing out at the table until we alerted the manager he was there. The hotel is clean, that is about the only positive point to share.

The room’s curtains had to be closed with a paper clip provided by the front desk for privacy. Neighborhood isn’t the best and there is no security to protect guests from vagrants. Mirrors in rooms were dirty. Staff was very friendly. But staff advised guests on arrival they are not responsible for items in rooms or parking lot.

Our room was right above the lobby, (courtesy of the ******* rate) so we heard everyone arriving and leaving. Also, all night long we heard loud conversations from people standing just outside the entrance smoking. The heater was noisy and the temp controls didn’t work. There was an unpleasant odor in the hallway outside our room. In general the property is run-down.

had a terrible issue with the toilet had to change rooms in the middle of the night also The tub was dirty in the first room had to scrub it before i could take a bath
One of the 3rd shift staff very rude said i couldnt read because she had a sign up that said show your key card or go to the side door and i showed my key card she still made me walk to the side to get in was to cold for all that

We were in town to attend a concert at the Coliseum. The hotel is very nice, the staff is awesome, so accommodating and helpful. I left my watch in the bathroom when we checked out and before I even know it was missing, someone on staff had already called to let me know they had it. Loved our stay! Extremely convenient to the Greensboro Coliseum.
