Asked one of the women at the front desk about restaurants in the area open late and she told me "to look it up." The man in the club lounge was amazing! Very nice and kind.

Abel was remarkable! I check in on yesterday (5/6) after 8pm and this young man got my bags, put them in my room, and was helpful with food ideas. He was very respectful! I felt safe and he was polite! He carried himself in such a professional manner! Excellent service .

This recently at the Sheraton at Four Seasons. The service that was provided by Abel (bellman), Curtis Dickens, and Aboubakari truly enhanced my experience. From the moment I arrived, they greeted me with a warm smile, helped me with my luggage and provided an umbrella to keep me dry from the rain made me feel immediately welcomed. They were attentive and ready to assist with any request. Their professionalism and friendliness added a personal touch to my stay, and I appreciated their dedication to ensuring that guests felt well taken care of. All three bellman’s exceptional service truly made my stay memorable, and I wouldn’t hesitate to return to this hotel in the future.

The Greensboro Sheraton at Four Seasons is great hotel. The Front Desk staff is outstanding, and rooms are clean. Nylah is very professional and courteous.

It was an amazing stay from the beginning when Michael saved me from having to load everything up to our room with multiple trips. He offered his service to help get all of our luggage upstairs. When the restaurant, cafe, and vending machines were out of regular soda, staff offered to go in the back and grab a drink for me out of the staff vending machine. Our last day we had an emergency situation and EMT was called and the staff were awesome with their help and prayers. Great place to stay. Very well recommend it, every time.
