The service was awesome the person checking me in was very polite. However I was hoping to receive at least a partial refund because I only occupied the hotel for an hour but other than everything was extraordinary!

Pretty good. I really enjoyed my stay. Would definitely recommend a stay here.

高點展會期間，價格實在是貴，2000+，平時應該幾百 難得的是含早餐，雖然簡易，至少管飽 有班車來回展會，第一站不擔心沒位置

本來 定了7天。睡了一晚就要求退了 衞生並不好 然後整個酒店一股**味 這是最受不了的 個人對**比較敏感 有點暈乎 所以第二天就退了 另外邊上是個類似農貿批發市場 所以來這邊的主要是司機 工人 來高點展會的比較少 雖然他有shuttle

I came to get a few hours of sleep and leave. I checked in around 6:15 and left at 9pm because of the noise. Waste of money.

Great price per night, conveniently located to the highway and quiet. I appreciate the fact I was put at the end of the hall in a room that was nice and quiet. If this was intentional I say thank you. For a low budget hotel this was excellent! The room was very clean! I enjoyed the layout and the shower was nice. The soaps and shampoos were not cheap and smelt nice. I appreciate the little things.

They required a cash deposit I had umpires from another state trying to check in and I’m 2 hours away. I had to book them rooms at another hotel and too late to cancel this one. Never again

Dated but maintained furnishings. Not much of a lobby but quaint. Nice bed linen. Firm mattress which sleeps well for me. Property is well kept. Overall for the price, you can’t beat it. Plan on staying again.

Rooms are nice and clean. The hotel is clean as well. The staff is unmatched. They are wonderful. I believe the breakfast could be a little better. Also need to install some new snack/drink machines and fill the machines up. I definitely recommend this hotel. Sleep Inn (airport) Greensboro.

They would not let my family (with 4 small children) check in although we had already paid and booked our room. The front desk attendant was very rude and said “she couldn’t help us”.

Could not anyone at the desk to answer the phone. Walk downstairs and he was standing by the phone and I ask if someone could check our tv out, it had snow on it. He said he would send someone up and no one ever came to fix the tv.

I didnt like the noise. And being placed right by the elevator didn’t help a bit.

Could have had more space in the rooms. Also chair in the room was broken. And the elevator seemed as though it was broken and wobbly ( needs repair/inspection

It was very apparent to me that you should always tell the front desk person that you don’t want to be near the stairs.
