This place deserves to be shut down for the way they treat their customers. I booked and waited for 2 hours to get a room and did not have a credit card but had all the proper information and apple pay. If you do not take apple pay that is fine. However, after 30 minutes of sitting around waiting, they had the POLICE come threaten to arrest me on zero grounds. I did not cause a disturbance, I did not do anything wrong. Undoubtedly I could’ve beaten the case since I literally didn’t do anything. I did get quite rowdy after the police came up to me for one reason and one reason only. The manager could’ve simply told me to leave. He didn’t have to be a p*ssy and do it through the police. You guys suck. I called corporate to file an official complaint.

Staff was kind and helpful, facility was clean. Parking garage was attached, but I wish the second story was covered (only because it rained our whole trip). Breakfast that was provided was great. We had a great experience and would stay again.

The bathroom was dirty. I found hair on yhe sink from a previous guest. The thermostat didn't work properly and the room was hot like an oven. If these things were improved my stay would have been much better.

The hotel was very comfortable, their balcony pool was quant but relaxing. The gym was equipped with enough to satisfy my routine. The staff members were very nice. The area has a great walking environment and there are more than a handful of restaurants and bars to satisfy food cravings.

Unfriendly staff with an attitude at check in, higher incidental fee than expected messing up budgeting for our trip, and one of the most uncomfortable beds I've ever been in. Plus my king with a view, a more expensive than a typical king room, had a view of the intersection in front of the hotel. Is modern and nice looking, clean, and location is walkable around downtown Greensboro. Probably should have read some reviews before going, seeing lots of 3 star or less reviews in the recent year

Right to it- my king room had a wonderful view of the baseball park.The cleanliness of the room was disgusting. I found the sheets to have stains on them, dried blood on the pillows and large noticeable stains on the mattress. I went down to the front desk and requested a complete change out of all of the linen. Front desk agent also went back to room and was very disappointed with the lack of cleanliness in the room. The shower tile had mold and the sofa had stains on it too. Nothing was properly sanitized. Also, I was never welcomed as a Hyatt member. Breakfast is sp****. It’s a shame because this is a fairly new Hyatt. I was extremely disappointed and would not recommend this hotel. There are other hotels in the area to choose from. I was just given credit towards the parking fee. Stay away!
