Hotel was very comfortable .I had a nightmare travel day and everyone hotel made me feel better flew from Australia many delays they up graded me to a nicer room .Lady at front desk when I checked out was so nice should have got her name as did her job with so much joy . I will return if I come to the airport here again to stay .

April at the front desk was wonderful and so helpful. We forgot luggage and she provided toiletries for free. * Good hot free breakfast * Clean room and safe area * Comfortable beds * Reasonable price * 3 minute walk to Dunkin Donuts. Easy drive to highway and airport Only complaint was I wish the shower water pressure on the fourth floor was higher

I checked in on Wed. 4/17/24 and I was staying for two nights b/c my wife and I were in the area for our anniversary. Upon checking in we decided to stay an extra night in the same room, but the desk attendant said they didn't have the same type room available that Friday night. I made reservations through *********** for that Friday night and there was another room available despite what I'd been told. When April's shift started she checked for me and said that the same room would be available and she passed the information on to Marilyn (for her relief shift). Both April and Marilyn were very accommodating and courteous throughout our stay.

We stayed at this Clarion Pointe for one night when we attended an event in High Point. The rate was reasonable and the service, room and amenities were average to below-average. The person that checked us in seemed to be put off that we were checking in and they continued to chat with another person behind the counter the entire time we were checking in. The room wasn't clean - it had an odd odor. There were crumbs on the floor making it obvious they hadn't vacuumed. I came back to this site to take a look at more of the reviews. I noticed that the majority of 4 and 5 star reviews were from people who had only 1 or 2 contributions/reviews posted on TripAdvisor, leading me to believe management had their employees/friends go in and add positive, high-scoring reviews to increase their overall hotel score. We will not at the Clarion again.
