My mom passed away on 05/25/2024 and our stay in Greensboro was to prepare for her funeral. The stay at this hotel was disappointing with the constant screaming of the fire alarms, the elevator that was not working, and the ice machines out of order on our floor.

The king bed was too close to the front door, the towel bar was hanging off the bathroom wall, and the shower head handle was leaking when it was on. Other than that, we would definitely come back to stay.

It was alright. Room very nice and clean. However, by stairwell. You could hear the door open and close throughout the night, you could hear people talking in the stairwell and footsteps going up and downstairs throughout the night. The street traffic throughout the night, you could hear it as if you were actually outside.

Check in person wasnt very welcoming and I was given a room that smelled like complete smoke and affected my asthma. I asked for another room and was given one with a smaller bed.

Horrible customer service and the hotel states “newly renovated” but had bed bugs all over. The GM said he was going to respond and fix the issue, per what his staff said. Never responded and almost a week later still has not called. Bugs all over our clothes, bags, blankets, to include bites on myself and child. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND STAYING HERE. Also provided pictures and videos to the staff. Said they could not provide a refund, after call 4 offered me a free night stay which obviously I wouldn’t stay there again.

Staff did not greet us refrigerators didn't refrigerators didn't work none of the them worked even after exchange they were warm. Then they move us to another room and blackout shade fell. Maintenance was very pleasant and helpful
