My husband and I stayed at the O’Henry when in town for a show. It was convenient to the Greensboro Coliseum (about a 10 minute drive). The staff were all friendly and helpful. Our room was wonderful. We stayed on the third floor and there was no view from our room. They have the Green Valley Grill on premises. We utilized room service and dine in for breakfast. The good was absolutely delicious for both! Would definitely recommend when in the area, both the hotel and restaurant.

It's impossible to overstate what a great hotel this is. We were planning to stay in Chapel Hill, but because of the protest situation, we opted to continue on to Greensboro. What a pleasant surprise to check in to this dream hotel! A beautiful building, rooms were lavish and well appointed, staff was beyond helpful and we had a great meal in the gorgeous dining room. Now we want to find reasons to visit Greensboro just so we can stay here agin...

Beautiful property, lovely room. Wonderful afternoon tea. Great dinner at hotel restaurant. Had issues with housekeeping that were reported to the front desk.
Other staff was good to outstanding, especially the outdoor attendant.

This is a wonderful hotel. It’s employee owned and it feels like every employee is invested in making your stay great. Dining at Green Valley Grill is outstanding.

This hotel was a true find! Old world charm with new amenities. The afternoon tea was a delightful surprise. We stayed in the magi suite; worthy of a magi. Stunning decor with a bathroom suite bigger than our first home. The staff couldn’t have been nicer. Not a city we’ll likely return to, but this hotel would certainly be worth it!

O.Henry simply exceeds the standards for global hotels by attending to every need in a quietly professional and hospitable way. It's unique approach to being an employee-owned destination gives me a sense of relief in the ownership demonstrated by all the associates and staff. I am always choosing O.Henry or its sister hotel, Proximity, when I'm in Greensboro!
