Our family stayed 2 nights in 3 rooms on the 8th floor— called the 2 bedroom city suite. Our first day started with room service being over an hour late with breakfast, and ended with none of our keys working on any of our rooms. The young girl at the front desk (Shauntay) told me she wouldn’t help me with the keys because of ‘my tone’. Definitely not a custom service mindset, and honestly a disappoin**ent from such a highly rated property. We stayed here 4 years ago and had a much better experience. The property needs to work on the fine details that are expected at this price point.
