I love the Proximity Hotel, everyone that works there is friendly and professional. One of my favorite hotels, I greatly enjoy staying here.

Our family stayed 2 nights in 3 rooms on the 8th floor— called the 2 bedroom city suite. Our first day started with room service being over an hour late with breakfast, and ended with none of our keys working on any of our rooms. The young girl at the front desk (Shauntay) told me she wouldn’t help me with the keys because of ‘my tone’. Definitely not a custom service mindset, and honestly a disappointment from such a highly rated property. We stayed here 4 years ago and had a much better experience. The property needs to work on the fine details that are expected at this price point.

My stay at The Proximity Hotel was wonderful! It is a beautiful hotel with a wonderful bistro located within the hotel. Great food and drinks. My accommodations were 5 star and I noticed it was very quiet during the day and night even though there were many guests staying at the same time I was which made for a very restful night’s sleep.

This was my first stay at the Proximity. I’ve eaten at the on site restaurant, Printworks, but had never been inside the actual hotel. When I arrived I noticed the grounds were clean as well as the common areas of the hotel. The staff members were super friendly and willing to help. The decor was well done. It had an industrial ambiance. I booked a corner king. The view was amazing. The water temperature and pressure of the shower were on point! My only complaints would be the comfort of the bed. The mattress was somewhat lumpy and felt worn. The room was clean but housekeeping missed a spilled bottle of shampoo in the shower. The AC/heating unit was extremely loud. Overall, I still enjoyed my stay. It was quiet and relaxing. The service level matches the cost of the room but the comfort of the bed did not!

Charming, reasonable hotel with great service. Roomy and clean rooms with fridge and microwave. Very comfortable beds and pillows. Restaurant, Print Works, was great for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Outdoor seating next to brook was lovely.
