Baymont by Wyndham Greenville

I’ll make it a point to stay at any Microtel I can because I know it’s not necessarily the greatest but it’s by faor not the worst decent breakfast, decent rooms clean environment and I like the fact that it’s inside instead of outside like a regular motel

Well how to start the picture that it showed us was not what the room looked like the paint is peeling from the ceiling and it took me 3 times to get the door opened. My fiance had to slam his body into the door to lock it. It the door was bowed like someone kicked it in.. it looked like they were remolding it I hope they were painting and replacing the doors. The towels had stains on them and we got 2 not big at all. I don't mind asking for towels but I have stayed at alot of wyndhams never had a bad experience till now stayed 3 nights won't be staying there again next year..

I did have switch rooms the first room I was in the bathroom was dirty stains in the Bathtub and on my bed. I went to the second room it was okay very dusty and the drawers were broken. I always come Prepared with my own lysol spray and wiping things down. It was okay considering the price. There was a crack in my mirror.

Clean updated rooms! Very attentive and accommodating considering I was checking in at midnight.

Family arrived and occupied 3 rooms. This is what we experienced: 1) Strong chlorine smell filled one of the rooms continuously. 2) Noisy air conditioners. 3) Creepy crawlers (bugs) in the bathroom and bedroom area. 4) The refrigerator was filthy and barely cold. Glass shelves had pills that had never been cleaned up. Very sticky. 5) Ceilings had paint flaking off, walls, ceiling, and lampshades were dirty and stained. 6) EVERY metal hinge, drawer pulls, door frames, etc. were either rusted or corroded. 7) The floor was filthy. Bare feet and/or white socks turned black after walking to the bathroom and back. 8) The commodes were small and low and appeared to be child’s models. 9) The bed stands were made of sheet metal and sounded like cymbals when accidentally kicked. 10) The TV picture in one room was grainy. 11) The breakfast bar was basic and lacking in variety and quality. The desk clerk was courteous and helpful as we checked in. The beds were clean and well made. But overall the rooms were extremely sub-standard. Our family arrived on the weekend of the ECU graduation and rooms were at a premium. Therefore, we had no choice but to stay as every hotel/motel in the area was booked with no vacancy. We will NEVER stay at The Baymont by Wyndham again after our experience. Hopefully, someone in management will take charge of the situation and make the necessary changes and improvements.

This hotel is horrible!! Holes in our wall, shower rod hanging by 1 screw, smoking rooms, something mysterious stuck to the ceiling. I can’t believe it’s still open. Horrible! We got stuck here booking online and showed up for graduation. It was too late to find another place. It needs to be shut down!!

We were there for a soccer tournament my daughter lost fist games were eliminated. Went to hotel to check in. My girls were stocked about the pool which wasn’t working our room was not ready yet and didn’t want to wait so lady at desk was very helpful and allowed us to cancell thank you
