We always stay or have family or friends who come from out of town stay here. We love it and they love it. No complaints from us ! Its a nice area of Greenville so everyone is safe and lots of places to eat near by!! Staff are great amd the hotel has always been clean !!

We found the Comfort Suites in Greenville when looking for a place in the path of totality for the 2024 solar eclipse. It was in a good location and had a suite available for eclipse day. It was a great decision. The facility is clean, in good repair, and well equipped. The room and bed were comfortable; the HVAC worked well and was easy to control. The shower provided plenty of hot water, consistently delivered. But what made it a great experience was the staff. Lots of visitors came to this town and this hotel for the eclipse; the staff were well prepared and helped us enjoy the experience to the fullest. The managers, the front desk staff, the breakfast host, and the housekeepers were all friendly, welcoming, and good at their jobs. They offered helpful advice on local attractions and restaurants. We felt welcome and well cared for.

The property is basically a construction zone. Sheetrock in the hallwsys, people working on the rooms all night. The hot tub not in service first night
Bathroom in pool area out of order. The staff was super nice, but the facility itself was not great .
