The two ladies at the front seat were super nice and helpful when checking in. But when I made it to me room, I noticed old towels still hanging in the shower and the ice bucket had water and the liner floating in it (had not been emptied).

The property was in the mists of a repair and maintenance update. However, aside from that, it was clean, quiet, and appropriate for my overnight stay. Hotel staff was very nice, always smiling and helpful. We enjoyed the breakfast... good selection! Breakfast staff always made sure we had fresh coffee!!!! Parts of the hotel are being updated, but it did not bother our stay. Lobby area was clean, updated and decorated for Christmas. We will definitely stay there again.

Every time I left my room I had to go too the front desk so the Clerk to rekey my room key.This was so annoying and stressful.Room service did not deep clean my room on the second day nor vacuum.The breakfast was decent but they was out of blueberry muffins the overall stay was just that a stay.
