Check in was good. Very helpful.
We arrived breakfast at 6am. No coffee. No employee. The waffle iron was on and we made waffles. We let at 6:20. No sign of anyone at the desk or breakfast area. We could hear noise in a back room. Nobody came out to check the entire time we were there. Breakfast is from 6-9 am.

Very clean and staff are very friendly, check in time was 3 and they let me in at 1:30. The only problem I had was the bed was incredibly uncomfortable everything else was perfect!

Stay was decent at facility, customer service was great. Hot tub not working like many in the chain was a big disappointment and the low quality breakfast. The price was reasonable for the area and addition of the pool for kids to utilize for a few hours.

Although the room was clean, the bed was comfortable and the staff was kind, the hotel lacks any warmth or welcome.And staying for breakfast was not worth the effort, other than a fresh cup of coffee.

No jacuzzi, which is what we were looking forward to. We found out they haven’t had it fixed in long time and likely won’t get it fixed. Why is it falsely advertised?
