Kineo View Lodge

They were helpful and friendly when I stopped by early to get my room key and pay for the room. They previous guest were late checking out, so we couldn’t actually get into the room. The room was quite large with a nice couch and balcony. Also had a coffee make, refrigerator, and M/W. Good TV. The bathroom was a little smaller, although better than some of the hotels in the area, which all tend to be older. It was a little rainy and foggy, but still had some nice views. We were on the first floor and I think the second floor would be a little better. We seem to go back to Greenville quite often and I will use them again.

Recently my wife and I spent two nights at the Kineo View Lodge. After a friendly greeting at the front desk, we were given a lot of advice about restaurants and attractions in the Greenville, ME area. Our room was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The view from the balcony was amazing: Moosehead Lake and the surrounding mountains, as well as the beautiful sunrise, sunset, and night sky full of stars. We highly recommend Kineo View Lodge for anyone looking for a good place to stay in the Greenville area.

Older hotel just outside Greenville that is very well maintained. The room was very clean and quite comfortable. The best parts were the friendly service and an amazing view of the lake and surrounding area. This hotel is highly recommended.

Staff members are very helpful and made us feel at home. Nice quiet place with an awesome view of the mountains. Highly recommended.

We arrived late so we couldn't fully appreciate the view. We woke up to a picturesque scene with the fall trees, mountains, and a lake. The room was clean and comfortable.

Clean room, amazing view and wonderful staff. I love that it's a family owned property so it feels very home-y. Since it's up away from the road, it's so quiet and relaxing. If you're lucky, you'll see deer snacking on foliage and grass while you're sitting on the balcony.

Place checked all the boxes. Clean, safe and the staff was amazing. Beautiful view from the second floor. Super helpful with local information there is so much to do in this area.
