The perfect location. Right across from the mall & next to restaurants & shopping. Lobby was clean. Upon check in, the young lady at the front desk was friendly. Went to our room, it smelled clean but wasn't. The bathroom door had blood smeared on it & was nasty.The sheets & comforter was disgusting. I called the front desk & was told housekeeping was gone for the day & that I had to change the sheets myself. I cleaned the room and took the nasty sheets to the front desk. Early morning,  You can hear small kids running up & down the hall way. My reservation included check out at noon. By 11am and young man banged on the door a few times. I finally answered & was met by a rude young man demanding that I leave. I told him that my check out was 12pm. He said ”no its not. you better call down stairs.”  Breakfast was delicious. I may consider staying again but will be prepared to bring my own sheets.
